I have spent 14+ years at the intersection of technology, agriculture and public policy: as a developer, a Scrum master, a product lead, and since 2020 as co-founder of Seabex, where I served as CEO for five years before taking the COO seat to focus on global operations and expansion across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.

Seabex uses AI and satellite data to tell farmers precisely when and how much to irrigate. Today the platform serves 1,000+ farmers across 80,000+ hectares in 5 countries, with 16 to 40% water savings, independently validated. That work earned us recognition as a World Economic Forum UpLink Top Innovator at Davos 2024.

Beyond Seabex, I advised the Tunisian government on the national Agrivalue Chain Digitization Strategy 2023–2030, piloting the design of 27 national projects, from seed systems and production to financial inclusion and agricultural risk insurance, culminating in a national agricultural data bank.

My ground is agriculture. My methods (AI, satellite data, impact measurement, climate adaptation, scaling in emerging markets) apply across climate tech and impact tech.
